Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. High parcel volumes, for example shortly before public holidays, may cause minor delays. Information about an item's availability can be found in its detailed description.

International delivery time

Schön, aber nicht als Untersetzer für empfindliche Oberflächen geeignet

Die Untersetzer sind wunderschön, aber als Untersetzer nur zu gebrauchen, wenn man keine Untersetzer braucht, sondern sie lediglich als optisches Highlight nutzen will. Und bitte auch nur für Behälter mit kratzfreiem Boden.

Theoretisch haben sie eine Kork-Unterseite; praktisch ist das Metall an den Rändern darüber gebogen, sodass nicht der Kork, sondern das Metall den Tisch berührt und munter kratzen kann.

Außerdem sind sie recht empfindlich, der Lack bei meinen ist bereits ohne Nutzung zerkratzt, obwohl ich sie lediglich aufeinander gestapelt und noch nicht genutzt habe.

Man bräuchte also einen Untersetzer, um den Untersetzer darauf zu stellen. Und dann einen weiteren Untersetzer, um zu gewährleisten, dass eine Tasse den Untersetzer nicht zerkratzt. *g*

Tolle Unterstzer für wahre Potter-Fans

Ich habe mir die Untersetzer bestellt, weil ich sie auf dem Foto schön fand und ich muss sagen, dass sie genauso aussehen wie abgebildet. Sie sind sehr leicht und die Beschichtung ist glatt und sauber verarbeitet. Die Wappen kommen gut raus und die Größe ist klasse auch für breitere Gläser. Vor allem die Prägung der Wappen finden ich toll. Ein kleines bisschen Abzug gibt es, weil der Hufflepuff-Untersetzer etwas blass daher kommt - aber ansonsten sind die Untersetzer top :) auch wenn es mir als wahre Gryffindor doch schwer fällt den Slytherin-Untersetzer zu benutzen...

Ein schöner Hingucker!

Diese Untersetzer sind wirklich toll. Gerade weil ich einen weißen und damit sehr empfindlichen Tisch habe, wollte ich immer Untersetzer haben, die etwas hermachen und diese sind perfekt dafür. Jetzt muss ich meine armen Freunde nicht mehr damit nerven, dass sie ihr Glas doch bitte da und da auf dem Tisch abstellen sollen, denn diese Untersetzer reißen sie sich ganz von selbst unter den Nagel. :-)
