Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch. Zu groß

Trotz der schlechten Bewertung habe ich mich dazu entschieden das Kostüm zu bestellen, da es das einzige ist was es in Deutschland zu kaufen gibt. Leider ist das Kostüm schon benutzt angekommen und die Fäden waren schon ziemlich lose. Für M war das Kostüm definitiv zu groß und der Gürtel sah einfach nur wie Teig aus (ist aus Silikon) jedenfalls war nicht nur das Kostüm zu groß sondern ungünstig geschnitten auch noch. Wie bei den letzten Rezensionen war der untere Teil einfach nur schlabbrig. Selbst bei S oder XS wäre es lose. Deswegen will ich auch nicht riskieren mir das Kostüm nochmal in einer kleineren Größe zu bestellen. Ziemlich schade, da es das einzige Kostüm ist dass man so hier kriegen kann.

unterirdische Qualität

Ich habe mir mit 1,80m Körpergröße das Kostüm in M zu Fasching bestellt. Die Lieferung war pünktlich nur leider das Kostüm völlig unakzeptabel. Der Anzug hat Hochwasser bis zu den Knien und ist auch am Oberkörper so kurz geschnitten, dass er vorne und hinten absteht statt eng anzuliegen. Oben an der Schulter war die Naht schon aufgeribbelt. Die Beinschienen sind gelb und sehen richtig billig aus, sind nicht mal durchgängig mit Motiv sondern zur Hälfte nur mit Stoff. Sie sehen ganz anders aus wie auf dem Bild, im Video des Kostüms bekommt man sie ja leider nur flüchtig zu sehen. Am schlimmsten ist allerdings der Gürtel, der bröckelt oben bereits an allen Seiten ab und hat innen überall Flecken, ist also beschädigt geliefert worden. Kurzum ich schicke das Kostüm zurück hier stimmt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht.

ungünstig geschnitten

Das Kostüm hat mich enttäuscht. Es ist ungünstig geschnitten. Ich trage Gr. 34/36. Die Gr.S war am Po so eng, dass ich mich kaum bücken konnte, aber an den Beinen, Armen und am Bauch schlabberete alles. Betreffend Qualität stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für mich leider nicht.
