Delivery time

Orders placed by 7:00 a.m. on a working day are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the following working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are generally delivered by 6:00 p.m. on the second following working day. Delivery and service dates are binding only if expressly confirmed in writing by Elbenwald. Elbenwald is entitled to deliver before a stated delivery date.

Delivery time within Germany

If the items are in stock, the goods are handed over for shipping on the next working day after receipt of the order. Within Germany, delivery by our logistics partner DHL generally takes an additional 1–2 working days after dispatch.
